loader freezes then crashes csgo

everytime I open csgo then inject, the loader freezes on the "loading" screen and usually crashes csgo.

can anyone help me with the menu when i open csgo and load luckycharms it wont let me click any bottums in game i cant even click skins dashboard (im new so i dont know how to fix)

They wont, because there's no incentive to fix it.
The "Lite" or free version is only there for show,
You're not meant to actually use it, and that's pretty obvious considering
That the injection (and crashing) issues have been present since launch, and they haven't considered fixing them.

why do they not want to fix lite
